I hate how people act in mosh pits

such a random rant but idk where else to rant about it and i’d love some feedback from anyone who likes to mosh regularly. i love going to concerts especially punk and all types of metal. i go to a lot of local shows and love moshing but i really hate how people in the pit go about moshing. moshing is the shit but nobody has style with their moves nowadays and they just go to bash some heads and look shitty while doing it. if you go in with the intention to just throw hands/hurt everyone and just to get attention then you’re pathetic and if you think that moshing is stupid and you don’t like it or want it to happen cause you don’t wanna get hit while you’re at a show, you’re also pathetic just let people have fun don’t be negative about peoples fun and go stand in the back. i want people to get in there have fun be rough but also respectful and courteous like have mosh etiquette and pick up people if they fall, check on people you accidentally kick or whack too hard (especially if you’re a big ass dude and doing it to smaller chicks and even dudes), and don’t target people outside the pit so much or so hard. also stop wearing fuckass corny ski masks and please work on your style with 2 steps, windmills, and everything else some people are embarrassing to see. also i feel like a lot of people go to just hit people like i said but they also seem to not really like the music, and idk i don’t wanna be all gatekeep like but if you go without liking and listening to the music but you’re there just tryna be a douche and hit and get attention then you’re weird. i get some people like going crazy hard in the pit and will prob call me a wuss for my take but idk i like going hard but i also don’t go in with the intention of hurting anybody, if i hit people it happens and part of it but i’m not there to aim at anyone and hurt people hard i’m there to dance, feel like heavy music, and let out some energy and anger. idk if what i’m saying makes sense but lmk ur experience and thoughts!
