I have a very severe case of Raynaud’s Syndrome, AMA!

r/

Raynaud’s Syndrome means I (25M) have small blood vessels and poor circulation in my hands and toes. My case is so severe, that when I go outside, my hands, legs, and feet go numb to the temperature within minutes, leading me to not feel how cold I am. I have passed out from the cold, gotten frostbite more times than I can count, and have had early stages of hypothermia because I didn’t realize how cold I was! AMA!

If you’re out in the cold, how do you deal with the syndrome?
