I started when I was 15 as a weekend worker who would put your burger together or fill your bag of chips,
Over the past 10 years I’ve worked my way up and now manage a unit (kitchen) and for the past 6 years have done full seasons working from early may through to late September going from festival to festival,
Festivals worked include – Glastonbury, parklife, download, Kendal calling as well as many more and usually a couple gigs thrown in.

My gf is coeliac and starves half to death at concerts and festivals. There’s often so few options. Sometimes none at all.
We’ve toyed with the idea of a purely gf food van. I’m sure it could work. What are your thoughts?
