3 years ago I won 100k at a casino off a slot. Decided to quit my job a travel the world. I was left my things with my brother a told him my plan to backpack and that I’d be gone for 1 year I gave him 10k to basically keep my stuff in storage. He lives on 5 acres and had had a huge pole barn. While in Germany I feel in love with a girl and decided to stay with her. We decided to move to the usa. She stays while she sells her things and I leave to get an immigration lawyer and get a place for us to live. I come back first thing I do is go see my brother to get my things and he tells me had some trouble to with irs and “had” to sell my things to help pay what he owed or they were going to take his home which he inherited from our dad. I had a 2018 Honda civic ,2015 ford f250, a fishing boat worth at least 12k, 25k in guns and in sights/lasers, clothes and shoes that all together had to be worth at least 25k , 300 vinyls/cd’s along with my sound system, baseball/football cards,30k in gold jewelry and watches, all my tools I don’t even want to think how much all that is worth, and 150 books and vintage magazines. All together my stuff was worth at least 125k. What should I do I’m so angry i don’t care if he has to go to prison.

You can consult with an attorney about suing your brother (or whatever other options) for the value of the items that were sold without your permission, setting your expectations accordingly, as someone who is in such financial dire straits that they have to sell $100,000+ worth of stuff to make ends meet and stave off whatever tax burdens they had might not have any money or assets with which to pay you back.
So you and him agreed on 1 year but you were gone for 2. Did you reach out to him at all during that 1 year and agree on storing it for another year?
But in the end if hes in financial trouble, he doesnt have the money to pay you back even if you win in court.
He had the titles to all of the vehicles in his possession?
