I’ve been dating my girlfriend for a year now, and there hasn’t been a single day that we sleep together where I actually manage to fall asleep properly. We’re from different cities and see eachother one weekend a month, she stays from friday to sunday, and in those 3 days I get the worst sleep, if I do get any sleep at all. I am always exhausted when she leaves because I can’t get a single ounce of sleep, but when I sleep alone, I sleep like a baby with no problems at all. This has made me dread those weekends because I know I’ll be a walking zombie by sunday. I’ve tried calming teas, melatonin, any tips on how to sleep with a partner…?
