Long story short.
I’ve been in the USA for almost 25 years. 15 of which I was without a legal status.
During that period, I never received any government help, no welfare, health insurance, and no EBT. Nothing.
I was also without a drivers license for 8 years.
I have been a US citizen for a few years now.

Any tickets for no license? How did police interactions go?
How did you get the US Citizen after being our of status? Married to another US Citizen?
What’s your country of origin? Why’d you leave?
No q. Just glad that you’re here 💯
Did you work? If so, what did you do. If not, how did you get money?
47 might get you man
Please tell me you’re not a magat
Happy you are here! What do you think of the current President? Were your family members able to become citizens too? Did you work during the time you didn’t have a legal status? If so, how? Was it under the table? Were you able to attend school during that time?
Just coming here to suggest you tread carefully. Apparently our current president doesn’t care if you are here legally, and i imagine that is especially true when you started out illegally.
From a fellow naturalized citizen.
Do you wish you could leave and become a citizen elsewhere? Or go back home? Especially now.
Glad you’re here. Keep on keeping on.
I saw where you said you received no education after you came to the US. Did you ever go back for school?
Also, is the citizen test really that hard???
Happy you’re here, man!
I’m glad to have you as my fellow American <3 and thank you for holding on and staying
How did you get around for work?
Where in the US have you lived throughout that time??
OR is a sanctuary state where many undocumented people may get a DL or ID and live normally without fear of ICE raids…. so far…
So you went from undocumented to legal in 10 years? How? Marriage?

Congrats
Hi, awesome to hear your success. Did you have an entry record and did they ask for that?
Any moments you want to share of being scared like “this is it, they know”?
Congratulations. My parents both immigrated to this country from DR and Argentina and I’m immensely grateful for their sacrifices. No es fácil pero aquí hay mucha oportunidad. Te deseo mucho éxito. 🫶🏼
Did you get health insurance? How did you handle medical issues?
What’s your name so we can report it
It’s late, but welcome citizen!
Anyone who goes through all the rigamarole to do that deserves some praise.
Do you think the US and all other countries should have open borders, like, you can move to a country and automatically become a citizen with all rights including voting, medicaid, welfare, etc?
what are your political beliefs, who did you vote for?
How do you feel about the current administrations mass deportations of illegals, considering you’re been on both sides of the fence now?
que te gusta hacer en tu tiempo libre?
Is our country as bad as the media say it is? Were you able to buy a house?
Did you pay tax?
Who took care of you while you were undocumented?
Welcome to The US. Despite the BS that is all over the news, there are many US BORN/US Citizens who welcome you with open arms.
They shouldn’t grant spousal visas to people living here illegally. You broke the law for a decade then were able to stay because you talked some some sad lady into marrying you for the paperwork.
Hope you don’t get deported

Is your name Dennis/Patrick? I know a guy in the Chicago land that did this.
My mom was u documented 26 years. Became a green card holder in 2015. She finally became a citizen a week and a half ago.
Congrats to you and all your achievement! I wish ppl understood that most undocumented dnt have a pathway to legality. We are some of the blessed and lucky ones
Congratulations!
Hell yeah homie, we need more hardworking people like you welcome 🇺🇸
