Honestly, we don’t know your dynamic. Knowing me I’d use humor, but that might not land well. The best you can do is just approach her and speak bluntly about it. Also, be prepared that this may not go well. Dealing with things like this (especially in this case) can be a dealbreaker for some.

I’ve been there before haha. I would say something along the lines of how you’re feeling. “Hey, the sex was great, however, I am feeling a bit embarrassed about what happened. I didn’t know that would happen.” You know just something like that and see what your girlfriend is feeling. It’s very normal, the partner I had the first time said it only happens the one time and after that it’s usually fine. He was right about that, but in the moment it does get embarrassing.
