I (28M) began eating a vegetarian diet when I was 17, and then shifted to a vegan diet when I was 18. I’ve been strictly vegan for more than 10 years.
Starting about 6 months ago I started craving chicken wings from a popular local sports bar. Last night I indulged in 5 chicken wings and broke my decade of a vegan diet.
Ask me anything!

Was it worth it?
Did you see the face of God?
That’s so interesting.. what do you think caused you to start craving chicken? Are you going to stick to the vegan diet still?
Understandable. But why did you go vegan in the first place? Tell your story?
How do you feel?
Did you tell everyone you met that you were vegan? (Stereotype i personally dont believe is true)
Did you feel sick at all? What ball game were you watching?
Are you going to continue eating vegan or do you think you are going to eat meat more often?
You made the right choise.
We are supposed to eat meat. Many of us dont eat so much, it can be finansial or because you try the vegan diet.
But I tell you, the times i feel the best is when I only eat meat and chickpeas (mostly meat). I have one of those periods right now where I eat several kilos of both a week. Feels amazing.
Stay true to youself bro 💪
