I work at a “breastraunt”, started a month ago and according to my boss am the second most requested server already, AMA

I’m F18 and started working at a breastraunt a month ago. Things started off slow for me but quickly started picking up right after my first week employed. Two days ago my boss had me come to his office and talk about scheduling which had me concerned as a part timer. He told me it was nothing bad and that he wanted to ask if I could switch to full time. I asked him why and he mentioned that I’ve been apparently requested as a server a lot already even though I wasn’t aware and that profit has went up a few percent (nothing crazy but worth noting he said). Told me I have great customer service and it’s showing. He did mentioned that another server is still kinda on top but that he’s proud of my work so far and wants me to be here as much as possible as it helps the restaurant and me of course. So AMA
