Idaho Nursing Home

I’m working at a Health and Rehab of Cascadia facility (nursing home/rehab) and several staff and patients have covid. I’m told that per regulations, the facility can’t require staff to wear even a surgical mask, not even if they’re symptomatic. The surgical masks are baggy and almost everyone wears them under the nose or chin. Does anyone know the exact verbage of such a regulation? I’ve asked that staff be provided better surgicals and face shields as I’m the only one in eye protection. I know surgical masks aren’t nearly as effective as N95s and KN95s which is why I wear both in the facility, depending on other factors. I never wear surgicals. I’m really struggling with this situation as healthcare isn’t supposed to include making patients sicker and this is also a duty of care problem. Thank you.
