    Depends on the country. Some countries have listed under CP laws, some make it a grey zone and have it under obscenity laws and some don’t have any laws.

    Depends on the country. Governments have some form of regulatory body that classify published works. If the work is considered too obscene, disturbing, etc. then it can be banned, and possessing and/or distributing it becomes an offense.

    No, those movies may be obscene but they’re not pornography and they weren’t made to arouse and excite paedophiles.

    I mean, the way you phrased the question is very broad, if we’re talking about the current US governments efforts to restrict and censor pornography then yeah, maybe it could end up censoring a bunch of random crap given how incompetent and fascistic they are, but in most countries with laws like this tat’s not what happened.
