For disclosure, I’m male. But with how much of society is aimed at the male experience, I wonder how you’d say it’d be like if things were reversed.
If the world would be a full on matriarchy, how would you imagine things to be?

I think corporations and households would be ran more bilaterally instead of unilaterally.
I think there would be more emphasis on cooperation and creativity than competition in schools
I think we would have less war and violence. At the same time, I think there is a good chance gender roles will reverse. Women will be in power and lead and men will have to go with whatever scraps they are offered. Oppression and inequality will still exist because it’s part of human nature.
This is coming from a woman.
It’s called r/gynarchy and there’s a lot of info about it on the subreddit.
Men and women would probably swap roles in terms of what’s expected of them. Aside from that? Very little would change.
Power corrupts. Women being in charge won’t change that.
I’d like to think we’d have safer birth control methods and anesthesia for certain gynecological procedures. However, there are plenty of females in the medical industry that don’t care, or believe that the uterus doesn’t have nerve endings for pain
War would happen a lot less if the people deciding to bomb one another were mothers and grandmothers.
