Dei is just republican slang for non white people.

The whole point of DEI is to reduce nepotism, as well as other types of hiring biases.

They pretend that it’s some kind of reverse racism, but it is just critically examining hiring practices and company policies to make sure they don’t discriminate against protected classes.

Dei is the only way to approach meritocracy

Meritocracy is a fantasy concept because you can’t predict how someone will perform until theyre actually in the role (unless it’s an extremely basic simple task with no variation)
