If you have a headshot of someone what % of the time can you identify them within a week?

I figure a lot of the times you don’t know who the criminal, suspects or victim is in cases.

I know you could access drivers licence systems, passport photos, clearview, etc to identify people based off of picture headshots.

But using all these systems is it a near 100% chance you could identify someone within a week? Much less like maybe 50%?

Contrary to popular internet belief, police know their community better than anyone and most likely know who committed a crime. The difference is police have to prove that individual committed the crime.

If you don’t have a victim in a case, you don’t have a crime.

Yes, pictures can be accessed to ID people
