There have been countless studies showing that the benefits of exercise reach far past just the physical – increased mental capacity, an effective treatment for depression, and team sports are incredible tools for bonding with others. And there are countless types of exercise besides the cliche ones like weightlifting and running. No matter your financial situation, how busy you are, how stressed you are, and your physical state (unless you have an extreme physical debilitation like an amputated limb, paralysis, etc), you can always find 15-30 mins of time to do some sort of exercise a couple times a week. You’ll feel better, look better, and your life will be better
