yesterday I saw the guy I liked again after a long time and I couldn’t stop shaking (plus my heart was beating fast).

Just look at the truth of the matter and it doesn’t seem like a big deal.
He is just a collection of charges interacting with other charges in their environment to cause an electric potential change inside your collection of charges while these particular (hahah) charges are coalesced together on a collection of potentials moving around in a vast vacuum of potentials.
I also just imagine the first 10 minutes of the new Cosmos where they keep zooming out from our localized perspective

I told myself to stop being a little bitch lol. Seriously though, this is not a dig at you, this is what I tell myself sometimes when I know I’m just in my head.
One time I had a date and she invited me over to her place afterwards. So objectively the signs were there that she liked me, but I was still gun shy on making a move. I went to the bathroom and gave myself a pep talk in the mirror lol. Told myself to stop being a wuss and go be great, she likes you. Then I walked out n walked up to and just kissed her.
But yeah I just keep telling myself I have no reason to be this nervous.
