I work on board as an ETO, electrical technical officer, basically glorified electrician. I over see all AV/IT wifi, electrical, electronics onboard.
Literally anything that has a cable attached to it or a battery; my job.
I have sailed transatlantic, carribeans, europe. If you want to know anything about the crew life, yachting guest experience, money spent, reality (not just what you see on below deck).
I’ve met 17 billionaires now, they are all different but pretty much the same.
When they have a fault, I go up and talk them through it, sometimes there for an hour sorting out their phones/tv/lights etc.
As well as being on greeting when they arrive/depart from a excursion.
Ask me anything on their personality, behaviour etc. I will answer my best

Do they have a good amount of IT infrastructure admin roles on board? For context on your time are you male or female? And did you get to join in the nightlife? I bartended for rich people once and they were very generous with their money once they were drunk
Do you regret not tossing them overboard?
Did they look after you well financially and personally. Or did they see you as just a worker. So for example did you get the best health care available if needed. Did you get good bonuses and decent holiday length. Did they actually care about you as a person?
Do any of them actually care about wealth inequality and if so what do they plan to do about it?
Do they prefer Crestron, Extron, or Control4? No AMX.
So how many Australian girl deckhands have you slept with? I had an old friend who was a steward on a yacht that was owned by some CEO Fortune 500 company dude. She was a girl and she slept with as many Australian guys as she could in the 10 years she worked on her boat. She did exactly what you did, traveled the entire world and just sat in beautiful water and met all sorts of ultra wealthy people.

Which bar has the stiffest cocktails?
That’s wild, 17 billionaires. I’ve met zero, lol. What’s the biggest misconception people have about that life, from the crew perspective? And from the billionaire’s perspective? Also, as a fellow Gen-Zer, gotta ask, what’s the most extra thing you’ve seen a billionaire do? I’m lowkey fascinated.
Scrolled through and no responses. Shittiest AMA ever
Wait they have IT jobs on those things?
…interesting
I assume you had to sign NDAs for every single billionaire you worked for, right?
Who is long Tim?
IT: Hello?
Reddit: Hi, I am not seeing any answers in the AMA thread.
IT: Have you tried turning your phone off and back on again?
What sad bastard counts the “billionaires” he’s met as some sort of achievement?
Have any female clients ever asked you for, er, extra amperage, and did you make like Ohm and resist (making the heroic assumption that you’re male)?

What do you have to show for it?
What do you think of Luigi? have you ever thought of doing something like that? Most billionaires seem like they are bad people that fuck others over to get ahead. Have you met any billionaire that were not like that and tried to better the lives of people around them and spread their wealth instead of hoarding it?
Did you fall overboard?
This was just a tease. Theyre too focused on long Tim to answer our questions.
Do any of them talk about politics in the US?
How many chickens do you make a year

Work on them like maintenance or construction (like, maintaining or renovating interior)?
What were they doing in your Tim?
Are you going to answer any questions? That’s my question.

He said ask me anything, he didn’t say he was going to answer
