I’m 15, turning 16 this year and was dating a boy who now is 14, but was 13 when he raped me. I know it was rape because I kept saying no, no, stop, but he wouldn’t. He held me there and covered my mouth while he raped me. I’m scared to tel the police because what if I get sent away? I am the older one after all, or what if no one believes me?

The police will not send you away. I suggest getting as much information and evidence together as you can and speak to someone who you trust so they can support you. Or you can go in alone and do it. It’s so much nicer with support too. The police can suggest services too, I think they have to.
They will listen to you.
I’m so sorry that happened to you. Reaching out to support services when you are ready will help too. Though, if you’re going to go to the police it might be good to go to a support service who can help you every step of the way.

Other than that. I highly suggest to please please do your best to reach out to someone who you trust greatly and who you would maybe want to go to the police station with you and to support you overall.
This is a very scary time OP, I completely understand how it is when first sharing things with someone. But I can see you’ve taken the first step by making a post here.
I do really also highly suggest support services in your city or wherever as they can protect your privacy too. There are so many people out there who will treat you right and who will listen. Also, with some services -I don’t know what it’s like in your country- a lot of support services have the option for either phone calls, texting or even speaking in person. Do what makes you comfortable. It’s scary but it’s so worth it for you. I promise you your future self with thank you and is so proud of you.

Before you go to the police – you can speak to a sexual violence hotline or centre. They can tell you what to expect and have resources to support you. I would not suggest going to the police on your own, it can be really really hard and support is vital.

Nah you won’t get sent away, but maybe heavily questioned, but in the end of you’re really a victim, tell your story, dont wait 20 years down the line to come out, do it now and he will be punished.
