After school i signed up voluntarily for 12 months where i did what men have to do obligatorily. I then did NCO training so i could get into a higher rank within the reserves. Im now the equivalent of a “lance sergeant”, i believe, i might be wrong its what google told me. Have been doing this voluntarily for 7 years now i suppose as sort of a second job, or plan b should my career fail for whatever reason.
Im a woman in finnish military reserves AMA.
