So it started when I was younger. I obviously found out about it and enjoyed it and rarely did it. Then Covid hit and I was bored and alone so I started doing it 2 times sometimes 3 times a day. Now I’m 18 years old, and I can’t stop masturbating. I wake up for work every day at 6am, by 6:15 I’m masturbating and I’m embarrassed to admit it to be honest. Then I get home and the first thing I do is masturbate. I feel I just have no energy. I’m so unhealthy and don’t do anything I’m gaining weight and just feel insecure about myself. I’m looking to get a PT in the gym and go from there but I feel it would be pointless without stopping the masturbating. Any tips?

Keep yourself busy by all means, literally do anything else, go for a run, sign up for some course, pick up a new hobby, literally anything to distract you from it would be good.

It’s You vs You
You have created a pattern and your brain has locked in on it. Trying to stop, abruptly might not work, replacing masturbation with something else might work. When you get home or wake up in the morning, replace it with something like, doing push ups or calling someone, anything but beating it.
