I’m an Army Recruiter on Long Island, NY. If you are interested in the Army or just have general questions, ask away!
I have served in the Active Duty for over 16 years and want to share why this was the best decision for myself and my family.
No BS or hate, I’m just here to spread information and help.

Can a 50 year old join any type, like guard or reserves?
Do you target high school kids like they do on tv shows? If so, and they do sign up, can they retract their sign up later?
Thank you for your service.
When I went active duty in 1976, many of my fellow recruits joined for economic reasons as much as for patriotic ones. Trust me, in 1976, so soon as Vietnam, many looked on us as losers for going in the military. As for me, I got the last laugh using the GI Bill, all $327 a month in 1980, for an engineering degree and to partially pay for a masters. The military gets a lot of credit for my success.
What is motivating kids today?
