I’m 29 years old, have been working in healthcare since I was 20. Worked in the emergency department, moved on to in-patient oncology, then hospice, and now out-patient oncology, which I love and never plan on leaving. Ask me anything

How did your experience in the hospital setting differ before and after 2020
Why do you love being an oncology RN?
Could you ever switch to pediatric oncology?
When people are sick and uncertain they get scared and when they’re scared, they can be a quite mean and silly. While upon healing and recovery. They might feel really bad about how they treated the nurses when they were so twisted from the oncology treatment and surgery and uncertainties. Is there a way they could make amends or reach out or do anything? What do you think about patient guilt?
