Hey fellow members of the experienced group ( aka old times ) , lookie here I’m 68 and well I just feel tired all the time . Had a second heart attack this year and it really kicked my backside . Is this having no motivation just a temporary thing as it’s going to pass ??? . My first Heart Attack called for several stents, I felt fine the next day full of energy, I even took the scooter bar hopping to celebrate. It’s been like 3 weeks since the last Attack and it’s a chore to drag myself to the bathroom.

I am sorry for your recent trouble, only four months into the year though so not sure you wouldn’t still be recovering from that.
I keep learning past me can only be reliable when it comes to expectations of present me.
Do you drink? Still on painkillers?
Not judging, just getting info.
Take a multi? I used to think they were bull until I got vitamin d deficiency. That can do a number on your energy.
At 68 with 2 heart attacks you’re running on borrowed time. I (73M) had a triple bypass 10 years ago, and a major heart attack 5 months ago, stent put in. Leading up to my latest heart attack, I was tired, unfocused, exhausted, and had no energy or motivation. Sound familiar? Since then I have changed my diet, lifestyle, exercise habits, sleeping schedule and in general done a 180 from before. I feel great, get up and walk, accomplish things, want to plan ahead for whatever and generally love life. You need to change something, what it is, I don’t have a clue. But, there is no reason to feel like you do, life is too short. Talk to your PCP or a neurologist. You can do better. Good luck.
I’m sorry 🙁 I’m dealing with Long Covid and it’s a bitch on top of pushing 60.
There might be a heart attack support group on Reddit? Seems there’s one for everything 🙂
Might want to get some counseling friend. You have been through a lot and need someone to help you.
you should make sure you don’t have a vitamin deficiency
You may not be overweight but this cardiologist (stent surgeon) believes in fasting as the way out of heart problems. His name is Dr. Pradip Jamnadas. He has a bunch of videos on YouTube.
