Tell the Hells Angels.
I don’t know much about Hell’s Angels but I know a decent amount about schizophrenia and this sounds a lot like some of the stuff many of my clients experience. Obviously I couldn’t possibly know just from one sentence and I certainly don’t want to discount the very real possibility that this is truly happening. My experience is also obviously biased because I’m surrounded every day by people having paranoid delusions and I’m pretty much never surrounded by anyone important enough to actually be getting watched/conspired against, so of course when I hear something like this it’s going to remind me of the thing I have experience with, not the thing I don’t.
Anyway, the point is, I’m absolutely not trying to tell you that this isn’t happening because it very well might be and I have no way of knowing. But I will just throw out this other option to keep in the back of your mind, so if things start getting weirder to the point of being unexplainable or needing stranger and stranger explanations, consider getting checked out. For example like if you’re hearing them talk about you when you shouldn’t be able to/they’re nowhere in sight, or you’re hearing them all the time no matter where you go, if they know info about you they simply should have no way of knowing, if you keep finding that more and more people in your life are in on it, etc).
Their roots run deep. They have a lot of power. More power in bad places.
They are able to do more than you would think.
If you are serious, very serious, you ought to look into witness protection.
