I’m a military aged male and the way things are going in the world I can’t shake the feeling that we’re heading towards some stupid conflict that’s going to lead to a lot of people dying, quite possibly including myself.

Scares me too, for the same reason.
I’m not sure where you live. In the US, there is not a draft. If you are a conscientious objector, you do not have to serve in a battle capacity. One would think having seen the ravages of war people would always reject it. But we are monkeys and some of the monkeys are psychopaths. Peace.
Only a fool isn’t afraid of war. War is hell. Hopefully if the conflict is stupid the warriors refuse to die needlessly for the rich.
There was a higher probability of a war starting years ago then now but you never know.
I feel u man. Being young and uncertain about your future and the world’s, it’s scary. Will things ever get better? 🙁
