I’m scared to tell my parents that I’m pregnant, what do I do?

I’m 14 years old. I need advice about this please. I’m scared to tell my parents and don’t even know how to. My boyfriend is 16. I don’t feel ready to have a baby and I feel like my life is ruined now. I don’t know what to do.
