Ever since I got my period at 11, I’ve never had a regular cycle. When I got to the third gynecologist, they finally ordered more specific blood tests and showed increased androgens. I also had one cyst in my ovary but they said it’s not pcos. They put me on hormonal birth control and it fixed my period for a year. Never missed a period and came exactly every 30 days. Then, after a while it became irregular again, I started myo-inositol, I lost a good amount of weight (close to 20kg), period got regulated until a year ago when it started all over again being irregular. Went back to that doctor and dismissed me without any tests saying it’s “normal”. I didn’t know still having irregular periods at 24 with no apparent cause is “normal”. Never went to that doctor again.
I visited a clinic to get my hormones checked and some blood work and there was literally anything. Everything was normal. Thyroid too. Also, I forgot to mention that I’ve gained a noticeable amount of weight even though I haven’t changed my diet. This can’t be normal right? I’m so tired with this. I’ve honestly even thought about getting my ovaries removed and be done with. It feels like no doctor is listening to me.

How old are you? Blood tests don’t tell much about hormones—they are a snapshot of something of something that changes from hour to hour. Some of what you’re describing sounds like perimenopause.
