Tried to make a schedule and realized it’s impossible.
06:00 – 06:15 Wake up, morning routine (15 mins)
06:15 – 07:15 Running (1 hour)
07:15 – 07:30 Stretch (15 mins)
07:30 – 07:45 Shower (15 mins)
07:45 – 08:00 Meditate (15 mins)
08:00 – 08:30 Breakfast (30 mins)
08:30 – 13:30 Work / Projects (5 hours)
13:30 – 14:30 Clean house / Cook / Get ready (1 hour)
14:30 – 16:30 Workout (2 hours)
16:30 – 17:00 Post-workout meal (30 mins)
17:00 – 19:00 Work / Side Projects / Learning (2 hours)
19:00 – 20:00 Free time (1 hour)
20:00 – 20:30 Dinner (30 mins)
20:30 – 20:45 Journal (15 minutes)
20:45 – 21:45 Reading (1 hour)
21:45 – 22:00 Night routine & wind down (15 mins)
22:00 – 06:00 Sleep (8 hours)
this isn’t even a really difficult schedule and I feel like there is already no way to manage to get the full 1 hour of free time or 8 hours of sleep.

Yeah I struggle so much with this! I work 8am – 5pm, wake up at 7 and don’t have time to do anything before getting ready and walking to work, then when I get home before 6 I have just enough time to go to the gym, come home, have dinner, shower and go to bed. Maybe with like half an hour of reading between gym and dinner. If I skip the gym for a day I feel awful as well. I have so many hobbies and things I want to do but I NEVER HAVE TIME and then on the weekend I have to clean my house!
You have a lot of free time in this schedule. You’re just deciding how you want to spend it. There’s seven hours of “projects” in this schedule. And two hours of meditating/writing. You can do other things instead, if you’d like
You have free time – you just choose to do some things over others – like working out, reading, meditating etc.
