I love my partner, but when we sleep together I toss and turn all night. Alone I’m out like a rock. Is this something I should fix or is it just normal?

No it’s normal!
Imho, it’s fine.
But be sure to find/make time for plenty of non-sexual, physical-touch intimacy.
Its normal. I have been with my fella for 6 years. Honestly, he falls asleep on the sofa most nights and I go to bed or vice versa.
I’d rather us both get a good nights sleep as we both have exhausting jobs. We cuddle and make time for one another all the time so it is a win, win.
A lot of couples find sleeping in separate beds they sleep better and are happier. More couples are sleeping in separate bedrooms. Why?
It is normal to some extent but it may be a bigger deal to some partners than others. People have preferences around these things and so may need to be approached sensitively.
Been married for 20 years and have had separate bedrooms for 10. We’ve both never slept better in our whole life. 👍 Relationship is strong. Win/win. ☺️
My bf and I sleep in separate rooms. We are both light sleepers, and also when I wake up it is hard for me to fall asleep for hour, sometimes even 2, but I think it is better to sleep together, there is more connection imo, now sometimes I feel like we are roomates 🤷♂️
Thats true, but its still great to hear stories of people who experience the same situation haha
I don’t see anything wrong with this.
Yeah this once happened to me. I think it takes a while to settle in. Just wake him up and talk to him about anything 😂
