I was the victim of a crime and the State of FL filed charges and is prosecuting the crime. The attorney representing the defendant/my assailant parked in my driveway, got out, stared at my house for 5 minutes, and left. I don’t know this man and only vaguely know my assailant. There is also an order of protection stating the defendant/assailant cannot contact me. Is it legal for an attorney to do this to the victim of a crime in which they are defending the accused?
Also, any ideas why a defense attorney would do this?

Report the attorney to the FL bar association.
If you didn’t ask him not to park in your driveway, there’s no crime here.
We can’t speak for the attorney as to why.
Did the crime happen at your house?
