My weight hasn’t changed that much (I may have gained ~10 lbs give or take) but I’ve gone from a B to DD in the span of a year. My old bras don’t fit me anymore so I’ve been wearing sports bras. Is this normal, or indicative of a health issue? Endocrine issues seem to run in the women in my family – both my mom and grandma have had to have full hysterectomies due to hormone imbalances, but this was after menopause. I’m 25, and I do not want them to get any bigger.

Could just be secondary puberty. If they keep growing, then maybe see a doctor but they should chill out for a while now. Until what I like to call tertiary puberty in your 30s
You basically develop until your mid to late 20’s, both your body and brain. 18 is more of an arbitrary number, you do not magically stop developing at that cut-off point. You happen to stop growing in height around 18 (men a little later) and people wrongly assume that you therefor stop developing entirely. Biologically and mentally we aren’t fully mature until our mid 20’s and many women find that their breasts still grow in their 20’s. Recently people have thrown around buzzwords like second puberty on tik tok and other places but that isn’t really a medically recognized concept or term.
