Not sure about the amount but when I’ve needed to stop payment, I just walked into a branch and had them stopped. The teller said since I hadn’t done it before, they’d wave the fee.
First off you should not have more than $250,000 in a personal checking account because anything above that isn’t insured unless you are carrying some kind of insurance on it yourself. Most people would have it tied up in other equity unless you just transferred it to that account for the purpose of needing to issue those $1,000,000 checks, but then typically anyone would want an official check for that amount, not a personal one.
I mean considering he wrote these checks to “friends” as a publicity stunt. They’re not even worth the paper they were faked upon. Fusk should just be “yeeted into the sun” as my kid says.
Well, are these regular checks, or are they those giant checks they give to contest winners? The giant ones take longer because they don’t fit in the payment stopping machine.

If it’s check fraud it’s already too late. If it’s legit you should have a personal banker who will take your call any time of the day or night.
Update, Crawford (D-Wisc) won the election dunno if anyone heard yet
If someone has $2million and can write checks for that, they have a banker on speed dial.

It’s easy, I cancel million dollar checks all the time. Just the other day I was disappointed with my new Bugatti so I canceled the 3 million check.

I love how this went over everyone’s head. The one guy who had it right was drowned out by all of the airballs.

Call the bank.
Now Republican congresspeople and senators can grow a spine and give Trusk the big middle finger.

Nope, it’s gotta be in multiples of 3. Write another one so you can cancel them as a trinity.
Lo siento, no hablo ingles.
When you’re a star, they let you do it.
Please…please…please… REALLY!!!!! Woo hoo!!!!! Congratulations Judge Crawford!
What you want to bet Musk cancels everyone’s $100 checks and pretends he never engaged in in election fraud.
Of course not.
