Is my attorney’s mistake as big of a deal as I think it is?

I’m going through a high conflict divorce where a protective order is in place against my ex. Despite this, it’s relatively straightforward. We are each retaining our respective cars, retirement accounts, etc. straight out. The only asset we don’t agree on is property. We have two houses, we each reside in one. With all equity taken into consideration, my ex will owe me ~$50k to buy me out. I laid this all out very plainly with my lawyer, even made her a spreadsheet, and we discussed this equity amount numerous times. She is also aware of my financial situation (was a SAHM prior to the separation, now working full time but salary is terrible) – basically without this equity money, I’ll be fucked in terms of paying off this legal debt etc. Throughout months of interactions, she has made mistakes here and there – wrong dates, misspelled names, incorrect amounts, etc. I let it go and ate the cost for her revisions; I know lawyers are busy and I really didn’t want to have to find a new one. However, I’m shocked by the draft separation agreement she has sent me. In it, in addition for forgetting several other details we discussed, she states that we fully waive our right to equitable distribution and makes no mention of the $50k in equity I am owed. Does this warrant a proper complaint, or am I overreacting?
