Maybe. It could also be that if you go to sleep without an alarm you will sleep through a few complete sleep cycles which will then make your brain think its your normal bedtime.
Doesn’t always appear to be the case for me because sometimes I definitely oversleep if given the time without disturbance. Then I’ll feel just as bad if not worse then not having enough sleep
Sometimes. As someone with insomnia I tend to enjoy those times when I can oversleep, but unfortunately it tends to either be due to sheer exhaustion, physical illness, or depression.
Depends if you’ve overworked your body and didn’t get rest for a long time. Once you are finished then it’s a way to recover your body.
But In my case it was depression I had medicine to stay awake the whole day.
