Been doing this recently and found it amazing for my back and hips. Is there an equivalent thing that could be done for my neck and shoulders? Or one for my legs as well?
I feel like I’m a quintessential example of “Homo Computericus”, have spent a huge amount of my life sitting at desks working at computers and working on fixing it now.

They are used in high level athletic recovery and sports performance.
I don’t know the foundation training thing but if you’re talking about fixing forward head posture I found barbell rows (pendlay style where your torso stays parallel to the floor) and pull ups (or pull downs with a machine) very helpful in opening my shoulders. And then there are rehab-style exercises for the deep neck flexors (neck curls and chin tucks) that help with the neck.
There is a concept called “upper crossed syndrome” and “lower crossed syndrome” and while I think the theories around it are somewhat pseudoscientific, I believed the exercises really helped and kind of permanently fixed my posture at 20. If you combine the exercises with more walking (and being mindful of your posture while you walk) it works really well in my experience. It just starts to be more comfortable to sit/stand up straight.
Pilates, yoga, or isometrics every day would help.
Correcting posture involves (1) restoring mobility, (2) rebuilding strength in the stabiliser muscles, and (3) rewiring a neutral spine alignment as default through constant repetition.
I love deadlifting, it has been a complete game changer for my neck. I used to have a painfully stiff neck at least one week per month, now it doesn’t bother me at all (if I do my lifts)
