I (M18) matched with this girl (F18) on a dating app. She looks pretty cute but we live about three hours apart. She gave me her snap and we’ve been sending each other a decent amount of snaps, just texting each other. She seems pretty cool so far, but it sucks that she’s three hours away. Pretty much, I’m just asking if this distance could still work for a relationship. If so, how do I even plan a first date with her?
Is there any way this could work?

I’d say meet halfway for the first date somewhere public like a coffee shop or something casual, that way its only 1.5 hours for each of you. If theres good chemistry then you can figure out if you both actually want to deal with the distance and gas money long term.
Do you both have any reliable means of transportation? If yes, you should definitely meet in person before investing further emotional bandwidth. If you can’t even figure out how to meet for the first date, then on to the next one, friend.
