So my aunt has 3 kids 2 boys 1 girl and one of the boys is the one who gets hurt. Let’s call the boy J and the girl K (both of them are 4 or 3). So J got his teeth knocked out and got hit in the head by a plastic dinosaur. But the dinosaur went through the skin. I just want to ask if it’s normal or if I could/should do something about it.
