I’ve gotten terribly old (35) and I’m starting to get nauseous very easy when driving on mountanous roads or when I’m on a boat and stuff. Are there wise sages who can help me cope with such infermity?

I’ve found that caffeine and ginger candy help a bit but that’s pretty much it.

Go to the gym and eat meat.

    Non-drowsy Dramamine for symptoms.

Go to the doctor to get your inner ear checked out and checked out for vertigo.

Vertigo can be very dangerous if it hits while driving.

Could be an inner ear thing. I’ve always loved thrill rides/coasters etc, but recently discovered I’m starting to get dizzy and nauseas from them. Really put a bummer on our vacation last year, as the wife doesn’t do those rides, and I’m usually the one to hop on with the kids. It’s common as you get older, it’s a natural process and no, eating meat won’t reverse it lmao.

I am terribly old, but I have no chronic pain, or nausea, or any weakness. I eat well, sleep well and train a lot.

But the reason I do that is because it helps me keep me sane. If I stopped and started to get weak at this young age, it would be disastrous.

I would make a couple of recommendations.

Look further ahead, the best way to fight off nausea while travelling is to have the horizon in sight.

If you’re still having issues, go find a doctor and ask them to check your vestibular system. Hearing tests and eye tests should be a part of it.

You might just have an inflammation, or it might be something that needs more direct intervention, but at 35 you shouldn’t be having these difficulties.

I was like you when I was 9 to about 12 or 13. It stopped by itself. It’s not old age.

Lol. Coming on a 30+ group and deeming 35 “terribly old”..

Terribly old at 36!!! No, you are not old by any stretch. Talk to your primary care. Even pharmacists might be able to help. As you actually get “terribly old,” start listening to your body. That is why it is wise to talk to medical professionals. Changes happen for a reason. Don’t ever just blow them off.
