Are you ok explaining why you’ve been there? Also if you were “normal” would everyone just ignore you because they think you’re “mental” anyway?

How long do you think you’ve spent in mental hospitals in total? Were you drugged up quite a bit?
We’re there any things or approaches that staff took/did that you felt were especially caring or helpful? What else could staff have done to help you feel safe and hopeful?
