Location: Ohio Hello! I just want to get basic advice on if this is legal or not. My job (tree company) is trying to get us to either stay in a hotel (not an option for me and they know that) or only get paid for 1 hour of travel time total per day. This means that 1.5 + hours of the travel time (after going to work to pick up a work vehicle) a day go unpaid. I take issue with this because they also want us to come in an hour early and get off 30min-1hr late, most of which is not getting paid. I believe this is illegal but just want to check
