Pretty simple question I believe.
I’m a mechanic in Iowa, and have been selected for jury duty. We are selected for the whole month not a big deal. I’ve been called in twice for the selection process. Last Thursday and yesterday 7-18.
Apparently ive got the DAs vehicle. He called last week for an update. It wasn’t fixed. Waiting on parts.
Like I said I was called in yesterday for the pool.
When my advisor said “The tech that’s working on your car is currently gone for jury duty”.
His response was “oh it’s so and so, they were released at this time, why is my car not fixed.”
To me that seems like a breach of privacy? It definitely doesn’t sit right with me that he can divulge what seems to me private information.
Is this a breech of some sort or?
