Hear me out, I have an outie and I’m generally having to adjust regularly as if I were a man with balls. Underwear is not comfortable at all! Is this normal or does your go unnoticed?

You are wearing the wrong size or cut underwear.
what is an outie vagina?
I have that problem if my underwear is too tight. And yeah, sometimes I have to adjust, but for the most part everything fits snugly in my panties! Maybe you could try a larger or different type of underwear? One that has a bigger crotch area.
I cannot wear thongs- I need briefs, but not boy cut briefs. I went through trying a lot of types before I found what works
Maybe it’s because you are wearing tight clothes
None, and it never gets in my way. My majora covers my hood and I’ve never had to adjust any parts. This probably a common problem for women with a very small majora and a bigger clit. Keeping things bushy may possibly keep your underwear from chaffing you. Have you tried different underwear materials or bloomers? If your clit is abnormally large, it could be a sign of a disorder like Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, that you can treat with hormones or steroids or whatever. Consider seeing a doctor or gyno.
Never. I am a big fan of soft comfortable underwear. I recommend aerie as they often have pretty decent sales.
You’re talking about your vulva – the outside, specifically the inner labia. The “vagina” is the tube into which the peen goes and the baby comes out.
I don’t even notice mine.
Never, if you don’t think your panties are the problem you need to speak with a doctor you shouldn’t be experiencing discomfort
I notice it and it bothers me every day; from more of a gender thing than an anatomy thing, though I also have an outie. I’ve found that it’s worse when I don’t wear underwear or wear underwear that’s too tight.
I can honestly say this is not something I’ve ever thought about.
Innie here and no real issues with this, don’t need to really think about it
I don’t experience any discomfort on a daily basis.
I have definitely had to adjust like you mentioned before, in my life, I understand the feeling, but it’s not something that happens often.
I gave up and bought knit boxers for ladies.
Prevents thighs sticking and all kinds of stuff it’s great.
None
Outie too, i think only us can understand the struggle
I have heard that if you are experiencing discomfort like this, insurance may cover a labiaplasty if that’s something youre considering! I have no personal experience, just from stuff I’ve seen randomly online haha. Maybe something to talk to your doctor about!
If I noticed anything those underwear/pants would be in the trash. If I continued having any issues I’d be talking to my doctor.
My labia aren’t large but one is bigger than the other and will occasionally poke out, and I get SUPER uncomfortable when that happens and have to tuck it back in. I’ve always wondered how women with more prominent lips aren’t just chafing and uncomfortable all the time. (Though I do have a theory that women with “outies” tend to become a bit desensitized from all the constant rubbing and those with innies are more sensitive)
Try wearing cotton underwear with a wider “gusset” to sort of cup the goods. If friction is an issue, could something like coconut oil help?
Have you tried boxer briefs or boxers? Womens underwear sucks tbh
I am female and currently feel really stupid. What is an innie or outie in regards to female anatomy?
literally never had this problem
I have outies and they fold in on themselves and don’t bother me too much but they can be a pain to clean the blood out of when I get my period. I have to clean thoroughly or else they get itchy.
I never notice mine, but I refuse to wear thongs. If I wear those I will notice it because it gives me a front wedgie.
I learned how to effectively tuck them in.
Yeah I have to adjust or rearrange my flaps too. It’s like sometimes they sit wrong and it irritates my clitoris, and just feels wrong until I fix it. And for some reason it’s usually the left side?
Are you shaving your pubes? If so, maybe you need to let the hair grow in, give yourself a little natural padding.
My lips feel uncomfortable sometimes, like get twisted or pinched in some way
What omg i have never in my life heard of this OP and im 37 years old, hope you find some valuable answers because this sounds so uncomfortable
I constantly forget that I’m not a barbie doll down there so long as I’m not ovulating or menstruating. And I generally prefer snug clothes.
Mine is like a friendly ghost. There but unproblematic
Assuming you mean the vulva, not the vagina – no I don’t notice either one generally.
Sometimes, maybe once a month or so, my clitorial hood decides to ride up which is really sensitive (and not even in a nice way), but I can easily adjust that on the toilet.
Compression shorts are your friend
If you are open to it commando is also an option. I did it for sensory reasons because I had yet to find a pair of underwear I didn’t mind and never looked back.
Sometimes a lip will get caught in a weird way that feels pinchy and I have to readjust, but once everything’s settled in the right position I’m ok. I wear bikini underwear and thicker thongs (no g strings)
Literally none
I forget my vagina exists sometimes, honestly.
Once in a while I’ll have to adjust myself, but generally I’m comfortable.
I’m not an outie, but I have issues with thongs being too narrow and also too long along the crotch side. So if I size up to get a wider gusset, the length from butt crack to crotch also goes up and I get weird front wedgies or have to pull the thong up behind me. It’s super annoying to find a thing that fits my hips, wideness in crotch, and butt to front length.
I don’t have an outie but I was super annoyed and uncomfortable at so many women’s panties riding up or providing a tiny amount of fabric for the actual vagina area.
I started buying men’s boxer’s. Have been using that for 5+ years now, couldn’t be more content with my choice. Whatever elastic they use for keeping the thigh fabric around the thighs and not in your asshole is magic.
Try wearing boxer briefs? The only time underwear really bothers me is if its too small or the lace is strangling my schmeats
yes that’s annoying, and happens if your underwears are too big/small
this might not help but maybe try anti chafing cream? vagisil has one. my ex bf used to use it on his balls and he said it worked rlly well. not sure if that will solve the whole problem but i would also make sure ur underwear is 100% cotton and then maybe buy a few cheap pairs in different styles/sizes and see if there’s one that works best
Have you tried boxer breifs or boxers?
TIL about a female problem I never even imagined.
no because it bothers me sm at some points and it seemed like no one else really had this issue. so can’t wear certain pairs of pants for this reason it sucks lol
I don’t notice it at all unless I’ve shaved recently and I’m not wearing the correct underwear for that
Try spandex shorts like Nike pros or women’s boxers. They add a bit more room
Ugh yes but it’s much better now that I let the bush go wild and stopped wearing underwear lol
I have an outie too but i havent had problems with underwear other than certain materials giving me more discharge. Have you tried going up a size? Maybe they’re too tight.
I have an outie and I rarely think about my vulva unless something is amiss. Then again, I don’t wear underwear lol
Honestly? I feel seen. Thank you for talking about this bc I’ve felt weird AF for needing to adjust for years
Tight pant like jeans are inherently uncomfortable. So I’m wondering if it could be your pants rather then the underwear causing discomfort?
Labias in incorrect position are really uncomfortable. If they are in the correct position, the pants aren’t tight and I avoid things like using a bike then it doesn’t cause me any bother.
I have a “lucky fin” as my ex once called it. Lol.
I basically have to tuck it in sometimes cause itll hang out a bit (it curls naturally) and get dry n irritated by the fabric im wearing.
Its not everyday but its enough that i noticed.
Before you buy undies check the crotch – ensure there’s a FLAT seam, or no fabric pocket (fabric sewed only on one end so there’s a pocket underneath of sorts).
I’ve had the best luck with seamless panties online. And around the house I wear the Victoria’s Secret cotton logo high waist boxer brief as shorts. SUPER COMFY.
I have a memory of my mom telling my much older cousins “I hate jeans! That seam hurts my…stuff!” & they laughed. At the time I remember not knowing what they were laughing at. Fast forward…I know EXACTLY what they were talking about. Wearing liners have helped.
i’m also an outie, but not by that much, so little to none. sometimes my lips will be pushed off to the side a little too far and i have to readjust them, but that’s about it. omg, and sometimes when i pee, my lips are too far to the side and i accidentally piss down my leg 🤦♀️
I’ve never had that problem! Then again I barely have any inner labia so the outside keeps everything covered and hidden for the most part
Uhh never….
I had no idea this was a thing for other women lol
I’ve never witnessed such
