Large retailer selling inferior product copied from my small family business

r/

I was walking the aisles of Costco the other day when I came across a product that looked identical to one sold by my family business. The reason why I could tell it was a direct copy is because I designed the packaging myself, and here it was being sold under a different brand and company. Not sure if I should approach Costco and ask for the item to be pulled, or if I should contact the company directly… any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m also generally unsure if I have a case at all as the product itself is a common product and obviously no trademark on packaging. They made some minor edits to the text, but kept the general packaging design- same colors, same font, same text placement… they even kept the shape of our logo but replaced our company name with their own. It was quite infuriating to see, and the product sold in Costco was by far inferior to ours. I would hate for someone to get them mixed up. Location: Australia
