There has to be YouTubers that follow whatever sports you like in Spanish. Also almost every movie, show and anime in almost every legal streaming site will have a Spanish dub.
Plus plenty of shows and movies made in Spanish. I find animation and “foreign language” stuff easy to watch dubbed. For example Norwegian or swedish shows I watch dubbed. I watched Dark the german show dubbed in Spanish too and it was alright.
Listen to Ska.

Look some movies like El Secreto de tus Ojos
watch some bob esponja, has helped me learn a crazy amount of spanish
