living in the present or working for the future?

r/

19 year old college student here, i purposely limit my social interactions so i dont get carried away with living life and keep focusing on improving my skills, work, and education. Is sacrificing the present worth for the better future? especially when you live in an unstable country. what you guys think?

10% of the efforts gives you 90% of the effect.

You don’t have to sacrifice much to invest in yourself, as long that you do something.

Build. You are way ahead of yourself. Just build your present day life. Build your career. Build your love relationships. Build your social circle. Build your finances.

Life is about balance. Don’t forward think so much that you totally miss the present.
