Why do we want to engage our core?
This is a good tip! I always think I’m not doing it correctly.
Hmm. Some of us have learnt to hum with a disengaged core. I didn’t even learn about it until after my first few decades. It’s always weird trying to engage it now, and there’s a lot of “Did I do it yet? Is that it?” going on.
What kind of ridiculous nonsense is this? Not lpt not even a tip.
