Find any way you can to make a lot of money fast, but never at the expense of your own health.
This world they’ve left us, it’s all about the money. Trust someone who’s been in dire financial distress all their lives (still ongoing): money DOES MAKE happiness, in this hellscape of a society.
Sorry for the bleak outlook but privileged people just can’t understand how poverty or even borderline poverty makes you live in a constant state of fear and doubt.
Spend your money on experience (travel spots, skills, food, events, etc.) while you have a body that can heal quick – it assists you on figuring out the things that give you joy, it isn’t going to get cheaper in the future
Set aside a small or the amount you’re comfortable enough to give away to your investment and savings as early as you can, so you can spend big on the things that give you joy in the future
Walk… walk… walk… this seriously is the best and easiest exercise, incorporate it as much as you can into your daily life (commutes, window shopping, eating out, groceries, etc.)
Monotask, people who tell you to multitask either want to take something from you or they think they’re your king – take it one at a time, haste makes waste
Stay away from people who drain you or just “uses” you at their convenience
Understand yourself, if you feel like something is off with you or not sure if it’s wrong, try processing it and ask for help if you hit a wall (mentally and physically)
Explore other people’s perspectives to better develop your own patience/empathy
