I used to be in a sexless marriage (long story), this is marriage #2, I strongly believe that the quality of sex is the thermometer of the health of the relationship.

This depends on the couple. I have friends that complain because its only once a month and others bragging its 4 times a week. Each relationship is different and is dependent on the spouses.

When little man first started walking and needed a helping hand to get around it was killing my back. I decided to start making use of weights if had for years to strengthen my back to be the best dad I could be for him. That quickly turned into “hey, I actually like lifting weights for the first time in my life” and now I lift every single day with the new goal being to actually get ripped. About 3 or so months into that new routine, my wife took notice and couldn’t keep her hands off me. Shortly after that she decided to join me in lifting and that has made a HUGE difference in the frequency.
