I personally dislike the taste and texture of roasted marshmallows. I don’t like the gooeyness, the smoky flavor, and it gets stuck all over my teeth.
I much prefer having my marshmallows cold. I love how it starts out with a harder texture, but slowly melts in the mouth. It’s easier to make too, just put it in the fridge.
