I think I’m being threatened to be sued by my most recent employer.
I was a dance instructor at a location and was just terminated 2 weeks ago. I’ve had multiple students friend me on facebook and now know that I’m no longer at the studio. Paragraph 11 does touch on this but I’m wondering how true and real it can be. I know non-competes are tricky but from what I’ve researched, as long as I made under $22.50/hour, which I made well under. I can send my contract if need be. Just need any or all info to ease my mind. TIA
